Why will this never end?

With the Law of supply and demand, the wars in Juarez will never end. Some people say that "This will end eventually because every thing else does" but this won't. Because the only way this to stop supply is to stop demand. So when drugs in America are no longer in demand the need for demand will stop. So when these large drug cartels actually make upwards in to the Billions they will always have the resources to acquire weapons and man power to fuel their surge to get to the top of the food chain. But the thing is that there is no one man at the top of the food chain in Mexico there's multiple big men and families that have the ability to acquire men and weapons. But after saying that I just thought about it and i also think that another way for this conflict to end is have one drug lord take over the whole entire area because if there aren't any others you could have less violence than what we have right now. but of course since we are also in the war against drugs we will eventually weaken that one subject and there will be others waiting to take over. So I guess this is just the start of a long cycle that will go on forever and ever.

  1. Time in history had show that every nation has past throught the same probles that Ciudad Juares is pasing right now. A good way to solve problems in Juarez can strated by paying more to the policy members to stop the corruption. In 1895 the Unite States call this proces New York City Police Commissioners.

  2. But the thing is that the Drug cartels have unlimited resources. They have more money available than a most 3rd world countries have available. Plus where would the Mexican government get the money anyways. Taxing poor people. Hahaha

  3. The supply definitely is the reason for the demand, people don't always take into consideration where drugs come from. Now people are dying in Juarez because of that. It's sad and frustrating

  4. I loved your comment about the demand of drugs. I believe it doesn't make any sense at all that we're having such a hard time in Mexico trying to stop drugs from going into the U.S. and California is legalizing marihuana. It's like if the U.S. wants to make things harder for us in Mexico.

  5. You are right this will probably be a never ending cycle as you said, people will always be asking for drugs whether it is in the U.S. or in Mexico. We also cannot ignore the problem with guns as well, many of these weapons are brought from the U.S. ironically. So I don't see these big problems being fixed any time soon.

  6. I totally agree with you dude. it is like a long cycle unless some mission to capture all involved happens, which it wont.

  7. There will always be a demand for drugs. And honestly, legalizing marijuana won't help with the war on drugs.

  8. Something needs to be done, and now. Otherwise a bigger problem will arise and could affect other countries (US). Legalizing marijuana could solve some problems, but could as well bring others. Just hope and pray this nightmare is soon to be over.

  9. I also agree with you, I think this is a cycle and it's hard to stop... how they say just hope and pray and wish this will be over... which I think is very hard...
